Tenvola is run by [Your company or trading name], [business address]. Contact: [contact email].
If you have a Tenvola account
We hold your email address, a scrambled version of your password, your business details and the settings you choose. We use them to run the service, send you enquiry alerts and reminders, and contact you about your account. The legal basis is our contract with you.
If you joined the waiting list
We hold your email address and any business details you gave, and use them only to tell you when Tenvola opens. The legal basis is your consent. We delete the list after launch, or sooner if you ask at [contact email].
If you sent an enquiry to a business
The business you contacted decides what happens with your details. We store and send them on that business's behalf, as their data processor. Your name, contact details and message are used to pass your enquiry to the business, send you a confirmation, and, if they quote for work, send up to three follow-up emails. Every follow-up email has a link to stop them. To ask for your details to be deleted, contact the business, or us at [contact email] and we will pass it on.
Who else sees data
We use [hosting provider] to run the service and [email provider] to send emails. They only process data on our instructions. [List payment provider once billing is live.] We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account is open and deleted within [30] days of closing it. Businesses can export and delete their enquiries at any time.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
